KRM Custom Homes Warranty

Your KRM home comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers our company’s workmanship on your home. You will also receive information on each of the individual manufacturers’ warranties on the materials and products used in your home, such as your shingles, your siding, or your refrigerator.

During the final walkthrough of your new home with your superintendent, you will receive a warranty book with all of your warranty information. This book is designed to be a reference for you as questions come up about your home and warranty. It contains sections such as:

• Product warranty information
• Contractor/vendor contact information
• Seasonal tips, tricks, and information
• Troubleshooting tips
• Instructions for using BuilderTrend to report requests

We use our BuilderTrend system to facilitate warranty requests. Instructions for logging requests are included in your warranty book. By logging your request into the BuilderTrend system, our team will be able to research and determine the most appropriate actions and resources to resolve your request in a timely manner.
